Meet Hetal, Founder and Creator of Golf Fit

I am a clinical physical therapist with over 15 years of experience and the owner of PerformanceAbove, LLC. I specialize in Orthopedic and Sports injuries.

Golf has always been a deep-rooted passion of mine, and I've channeled that passion into a mission to support fellow golf enthusiasts who have faced hip or knee replacements. By merging my love for the sport with my expertise, I've dedicated myself to preventing common injuries and enhancing the golf swing through a research-driven approach. My primary focus revolves around addressing chronic injuries and seamlessly integrating posture, stability, and mobility to rekindle the joy of the game for those who share my love for golf.

As a dedicated Golf Performance Specialist and Physical Therapist, my passion lies in helping golfers who've recently undergone hip or knee replacement surgery reclaim their place on the golf course. I've crafted an on-demand program, Golf Fit, with a singular focus – to empower golf enthusiasts to regain control of their game and enhance their mobility, strength, and balance. Our goal is to ensure that you can return to the golf course and enjoy your game pain-free, enabling you to savor the sport you love for years to come.

What’s Inside Golf Fit

Golf Fit is a 6-week program. You'll focus on a specific golf fitness and performance aspect each week. You'll take a series of performance tests to assess your fitness level and identify improvement areas. These tests are the foundation for the rest of the program and include exercises and drills that target the core, legs, and upper body. After each performance test, you'll receive exercises for improving your mobility, strength, and balance.

Strength and balance exercises have three levels. You'll start with level one for each performance module and move up to level three as you improve your mobility, strength, and balance. I will share markers that will help you progress to the next level.

A multi-level approach. This tiered approach is designed to improve your overall golf performance by increasing your strength, power, and flexibility, resulting in a better golf swing, more distance, and a lower score.
