  • This is for any golfer who wants a little tuning of their body so when they play their back or shoulders don’t feel tight.

  • If you have body aches/pain that keeps you awake, any tingling or numbness in your lower or upper body, loss of balance/falls easily, have certain medical limitations regarding exercise.

    You understand that it is recommended that you have a yearly physical or more frequent physical examination and consultation with your physician as to physical activity and diet so that you are aware of what is appropriate for you. You acknowledge that you have either had a physical exam and have been given your physician’s permission to participate or you have decided to participate without approval of your physician.
